This entry form together with payment of the appropriate entry fee, upon acceptance and approval, and subject to all the provisions and terms contained herein and in 2024. After Thanksgiving Invitational Halibut Classic invites, shall entitle the entrant to compete in the After Thanksgiving Invitational Halibut Classic Tournament. Entrant agrees to be bound by and adhere to all Tournament Rules and Regulations. It is expressly understood that all participants enter at their own risk. Participants and on behalf of their heirs, administrators, personal representatives, or assigns do agree to hold harmless, Dana Landing, sponsors, donors, and all persons connected directly or indirectly with the operations of the After Thanksgiving Invitational Halibut Classic Tournament from any liabilities or libel, slander, loss, damage, negligence, harm, injury, or death suffered by any participants and shall bring no claims, demands, actions and causes of action, and/or litigation against the Tournament and its Associates for any economic and/or non-economic losses due to bodily injury, death, or property damage sustained during the operation of the Tournament. By entering the After Thanksgiving Invitational Halibut Classic, participants do allow their person/image to be photographed, videotaped, and/or filmed for the purpose of being used in any marketing efforts desired by the tournament. By submitting the Participant Entry Form Agreement, participants agree to the above terms and conditions.
